  • Please notify of the return with in 7 days of delivery by opening a customer support ticket using contact page please include tracking of the return package.

  • New unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • New opened products can be returned within 30 days for a 70% refund. After 30 days and up to 60 days, the item can be returned for a 60% refund.

  • Books, CDs and DVDs that have obvious signs of use (taken out of their original plastic wrap) can be returned within 30 days for a 50% refund.

  • Personalized jewelry, gold jewelry, plaques, engraved Kiddush cups, etc. cannot be returned unless the return is the result of our error.

  • Baskets or Food items and alcoholic beverage cannot be returned for refund unless the return is the result of our error. if a basket has returned to sender because it was unclaimed , it cannot be refunded.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

  • Any item bought in bulk order, for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

  • Any item bought on clearance, for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

  • 14K and 18K Gold jewelry (non personalized), 925 sterling silver Judaica are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shofars with value over $500, cannot be returned for refund but can be sent back for exchange, unless the return is the result of our error.

  • Products manufacturing malfunction can be reported after 7 days of delivery date and no longer than 60 days, can only be returned back for repair or replacement. 

  • Declare that it is a returned package. Do not declare a value. (or declare 1$ if you have to) , if you declare a full value it can be stopped by the Israel customs causing delay in delivery and will bare customs release duties.
  • Send via regular postal air mail only. (NOT any Express or Courier such as UPS, FEDEX, EMS or DHL)
