Exchanges

1. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via our online contact form for your exchange options. Please include your order number and the product in question with the reason for the exchange in the message.

2. Indicate the reason for your return and the order number on your packing slip and include it with your return. Wrap the package securely and write our address clearly. In order to avoid customs delays or tax tolls on the sender, it is suggested to
Send via postal air mail only. (NOT any Courier such as UPS, FEDEX pr DHL )
Declare that it is a returned package. Do not declare a value. (or declare 1$ if you have to) , if you declare a full value it can be stopped by the Israel customs causing delay in delivery and will bare customs release duties.
Do not attach any documentation with value of the goods.

Please note:
  • 14K and 18K Gold jewelry (non personalized), 925 sterling silver Judaica are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Personalized jewelry, gold jewelry, plaques, engraved Kiddush cups, etc. cannot be returned unless the return is the result of our error.
  • Baskets or Food items  cannot be return unless the return is the result of our error. 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
  • Any item bought in bulk with special wholesale price, for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
  • Products manufacturing malfunction can be reported after 7 days of delivery date and no longer than 60 days, can only be returned back for  repair or replacement.
