Orders made at Israel-Catalog.com can be cancelled with in 24 hours after payment unless they have already been sent. After the order is made, an order confirmation is e-mailed to the customer. Once that message is sent until the order is shipped the products pass through a shipment preparation process. When the package is sent to the client a package delivery message is e-mailed. You may cancel an in 24 hours from payment process, unless the order is already shipped, earliest of the two, beyond that time, no cancellations will be accepted.
