Gifts: We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Do not worry--we wont let them know about your return.)
Returns: Indicate the reason for your return and the order number on your packing slip and include it with your return. Wrap the package securely and write our address clearly. Declare that it is a returned package. Do not declare a value. (or declare 1$ if you have to) , if you declare a full value it can be stopped by the Israel customs causing delay in delivery and will bare customs release duties.Send via postal air mail only. (NOT any Courier such as UPS, FEDEX pr DHL). Returned items must be received in our Israel offices before credit for the return is issued. Our address is:
