We do our best to begin processing orders within 24 hours, However, our regular office hours are Sunday to Thursday 8:30 - 4:30 (Israel time - GMT + 2) Most of our suppliers and partners have the same weekend. - so orders placed on Thursday are not usually processed till Sunday. We also honor all Jewish Holy days. That can sometimes also delay processing.
