I placed my order 3 days ago and the status is still “Approved being processed” WHY?

Hmmm...  Is this a weekend? We do our best to begin processing orders within 24 hours, However, our regular office hours are Sunday to Thursday 8:30 - 4:30 (Israel time - GMT + 2) Most of our suppliers and partners have the same weekend. - so orders placed on thursday are not usually processed til Sunday. We also honor all Jewish Holy days. That can sometimes also delay processing.

How long does shipping take to …..?

Shipping times-
Regular Airmail - 9-16 BUSINESS days
EMS Express - 3-5 BUSINESS days

What does “Shipped” mean?

Self evident - Your order has left our logistics center ( or a partner’s). Post offices are doing their thing.


What does “Approved being processed” mean?

This status means that our system has received your order and we will begin processing when a logistics manager takes your order - remember that  even though our site is open 24/7 - orders are usually only processed Sunday to Thursday 8:30 to 4:30 (Israel Time)
 
What does “processing” mean?
 
Processing means that your order has not yet been sent. Either our partner has not yet reported shipment or if this is a product we stock and ship, the item is enroute to .our logistics center.

 
My order says "backordered", what does that mean?
 
When the status of your order is “backordered” , it means that we are either waiting for the product from the supplier or that the product ordered is out of stock. Backorder issues are usually resolved within 2-3 weeks.

How do I track my order?
 
Delivery by “:Regular Airmail” orders cannot be tracked, as the postal office does not offer tracking for this type of service. and therefore, there is no tracking number tracking number. 
EMS express delivery orders (as well as FEDEX) DO have a tracking number. 
You can track  EMS orders on either israelpost.com (or the site of your nation’s postal service - for instance: www.usps.com  in the USA).

What do Status “Pending Unapproved”  or “Pending” mean?
If your order is “Pending unapproved” or “pending” our system did not record payment for your order. You should look for an email from service@paypal.com as a convenient method to complete payment or contact us by chat or phone. If you have completed payment, and one of these is showing, please contact us, and we will correct this ans expedite your order.
