I am buying this as a gift for a friend that has wanted this for awhile.
I just want to be sure this is the original complete 2008 60th anniversary stamp collection.
Please confirm this is a new, never opened package.
Please confirm there was only one that was sold as a complete collection for the 60th?
And if I want to purchase, please tell me the total amount and I assume I can pay by credit card.
